Taylor's First BRITS Win!

Congrats Taylor!!! She won her first BRIT Award today! She took home the award for Best International Female Solo Artist.

She walked the red carpet in the black gown with a sheer back that was wrapped in a red dragon. It was stunning. Her hair was slicked back, it almost looked like she had a cropped hair cut. She looked so perfect. She made sure to take pictures with fans on the carpet as well.

Taylor opened up the show with "Blank Space" and it was insane. She wore a simple black suit-esque outfit with shorts instead of pants. She also had on fishnet stockings and black Loubitan booties. Her dancers wore white suits and it rained glitter. What could be better than glitter rain?!

Ellie Goulding was one of the people who presented Taylor with the award when she won it. She also thanked UK Swifties and told them how much she loves them. Taylor also told Ed Sheeran that she loves him and thanked him in her speech. 

She was also spotted dancing in the audience with Kim Kardashian while Kanye West performed. 

Later in the night, Karlie Kloss was presenting and she mentioned how proud she was of Taylor. All in all, it was a good night for Queen T!

Met Gala 2014

The Met Gala was last night and boy did Taylor bring her "A" game. The Met Gala is like the Oscars of fashion and Taylor could have taken home the top prize (there isn't really a prize, but she looked amazing).

Aside from her gorgeous dress & her flawless hair/makeup, the night was also a big one for Taylena. The ladies' friendship has been the center of a lot of fighting rumors lately, and last night those rumors were put to rest. Don't believe me? Head over to Selena's Instagram and see the adorable video she posted herself. Selena wasn't Taylor's only bestie there. She got ready with Karlie Kloss and spent a lot of the night with her. I also believe they arrived together (that would make sense since they got ready together...). Hailee Steinfeld was also there and even though there is no photographic evidence, I am sure she and Tay hung out. The same goes for Dianna Agron and Emma Stone.
